Last Chance Holiday Craft Show 2012 Application

Thank you for your interest in the second annual Last Chance Holiday Craft Show to be held Dec. 8, 2012 at Faith Community Church, 5315 Harford Road, Baltimore, MD 21214. The show hours are from 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are looking for quality, handmade works in a variety of media. All crafts must be handmade by the seller - no re-sellers allowed.

Set-up will begin at 8:30 a.m. Vendors will be sent unloading directions closer to the date of the show. No vendors are allowed to break down prior to 5:00 p.m.

Smoking is not allowed on the Faith Community grounds. Smokers must go off-site and and dispose of butts in an appropriate receptacle. Please be respectful of the neighborhood businesses and residents.

Vendors should provide signage at their table that clearly identifies their business name. Nothing may be attached to the church's walls. Banners pinned to the front of table drapes or stand-up tabletop signs are recommended.

Due to vendors and members of the public who have breathing difficulties, allergies or chemical sensitivities, please refrain from wearing fragrance the day of the event. Sale or display of fragranced items is prohibited.

Vendors spaces are $70 for bring your own 6' table and chairs or $90 for an 8' wide by 7' deep space also requiring your own table(s) and chairs. Applications are due by midnight October 26, 2012. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by November 2nd. Accepted vendors must pay their vendor fees via Paypal to crunchyfem2@comcast.net by midnight on November 9th. If payment is not received by that date your space will be assigned to another vendor from the waiting list.. Last Chance Show will be held rain or shine (no snow date) and vendor fees are non-refundable.

Last Chance Holiday Craft Show requires a team effort. Vendors are expected to contribute one blog post for the Charm City Craftivists Blog between November 2nd 2012 and December 2nd 2012. Submissions should be emailed to bncstratton@comcast.net with the name of your business and the words "blog entry" in the subject line. All entries should include at least one quality photograph. Topics may include opportunities for activism, recipes, craft tutorials, interviews, information about upcoming craft shows, or highlights of products you are currently working on. Vendors are also expected to participate in the set-up, clean-up, and general running of the show. After re-loading cars at the end of the show, vendors are required to return to the building to fulfill our rental contract which includes sweeping, spot mopping, and taking out the trash. Vendors who fail to meet this requirement will not be invited back for future years.
