Stallholder Application
We are always pleased to hear from local producers that are interested in becoming stallholders.

We try to implement a fair balance of different stalls* and adhere to the below guidelines:

Stallholders should:
-> Only sell products grown, made or reared within a 50 mile radius of the market.
-> Have all the appropriate public liability insurance, certifications and licenses
-> Be the producer, family member or staff involved in the production of goods on sale.
-> Not sell genetically modified produce or goods containing genetically modified ingredients

Attendance can fluctuate across the year so please bear in mind that we can not guarantee you will be accepted. We will endeavour to get back to you within a week of receiving your application.

The fees for a basic stall (2m) are £10 + 6% of your takings to be paid on the day, plus a one-off £10 administration fee to be paid upfront. There may be an additional fee for use of a chiller cabinet or electricity supply which is subject to availability.

* Sorry, we are currently unlikely to accept applications for stalls selling: hot food, lamb, beef, rare-breed pork, raw-milk, soaps, apple juice, jewellery, fresh or smoked fish, chocolate truffles. [updated Aug 2018]
