Distinguished Service Award Nomination
The Lee County Farm Bureau Distinguished Service Award provides an opportunity to recognize an individual or couple who has given exemplary leadership and service to Farm Bureau, agriculture, and farmers in Lee County and beyond. Nominee(s)must be a Lee County Farm Bureau member in good standing who has given exemplary leadership and service to Farm Bureau. Nominee(s)must have provided service to agriculture but may come from disciplines that serve other areas in addition to agriculture i.e. education, research, public elations, agribusiness, public affairs and other areas. Such individuals should also have a history of giving time and/or resources to promote the objectives, programs and services of Lee County Farm Bureau and other agricultural organizations. Nominees will be scored on a variety of categories including, years of service, variety of service, and the impact the nominee has had on agriculture and the community.
