2019 Fall Festival Volunteer Sign-ups
EAGLE RIVER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Our Fall Festival is our annual ALL VALLEY COMMUNITY GATHERING event.
This is one of the biggest gathering events that we do, so we need as much help as possible.

EVENT INFORMATION
DATE: Saturday, OCT 5
TIME: 10:00 - 2:00 PM
LOCATION: Nottingham Park (Avon, CO)

We have 4 different shifts that we are in need of to help create an amazing event for our community:

1) SET UP | 8:00- 9:30AM
We will need at least 12 PEOPLE
Helping to set up for the event, such as Food, Games, Welcome, Pumpkins booths.
Also, loading and carrying items from ERPC to Nottingham Park.

2) 1st Shift | 10:00 - 12:00 PM
We will need at least 20 PEOPLE
Helping to supervise different areas such as Food, Games, Welcome and Pumpkins

3) 2nd Shift |12:00 - 2:00 PM
We will need at least 20 PEOPLE
Helping to supervise different areas such as Food, Games, Welcome and Pumpkins

4) TAKEDOWN | 2:00 - 3:30 PM
We will need at least 12 PEOPLE
Helping to take down the event, such as Food, Games, Welcome, Pumpkins booths.
Also, loading and carrying items back to ERPC from Nottingham Park.
