If you have a guest(s) attending the evening banquet and dance please fill out an additional registration form selecting "guest" rather than a chapter with their name and the guest registration cost. Please do this for each guest.

Registration is covered for one GCD from each collegiate chapter. Additional GCDs in attendance will be charged graduate registration fees.

Due to the complex nature of planning province assemblies refunds will not be given to brothers unable to attend province assembly. 

No registrations will be accepted after the final registration deadline.
