Training Package
This 12 week program is customized and tailored to your specific fitness goals and activity level. It includes regular check ins, updates, adjustments and in-person sessions as needed for form checks and support. 
I am here to support, motivated and encourage you while celebrating your achievements. I will integrate my holistic approach to health & fitness into your life through workouts, planning suggestions and recommendations, recipe sharing and food swaps/recommendations.
I focus on body recomposition, balance & stability while using load bearing exercises to build and maintain muscle mass AND bone mass so that we continue to age gracefully and with strength.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to commencing a new fitness regime and to inform the fitness coach of any medical history or limitations that may affect my ability to perform safely in these activities. *
