2019 People Matter Fest Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 3rd Annual People Matter Fest. We are dedicated to supporting your needs and goals while embracing your products and/or services within our dynamic festival environment.

The event organizers will provide each vendor with a 10' x 10' tent, (1) 6' table and (2) chairs. We encourage you to decorate, as well as weatherproof your vending space (for rain and wind).

This application does not confirm your spot at the fest.

Booth Specifics:
Booth Space: 10' x 10' in the Resource Village
Vendor Donation:
- Commercial I (CVI): $1,000 incl 1 parking pass
- Commercial II (CVIII), Craft & Non-Profit: $150 incl 1 parking pass

Vendor applications close on Tuesday, May 28, 2019
Vendor payments will be due by Saturday, June 1, 2019

Vendor is responsible for ensuring it has met all federal, state and local requirements for operation of its business in the State of Florida and Miami-Dade County. Vendors operating on County park property are subject to review of pertinent licensing, certifications, and inspection reports. A vendor found not to be in compliance with federal, state, and local business requirements will have its registered vendor status suspended until such time as it can demonstrate compliance.
