This form is for the purpose of reserving use of the picnic tables outside the Dustin's Adventureland playground in the Minersville Recreation Complex. Reserving the picnic table area does not grant exclusive use of the playground facility. Other children/families are still free to enter the park and play throughout your reserved day. Filling out the below information does not guarantee your reservation will be accepted. Upon completion, a copy of your responses will be sent to your email. This is not an acceptance of your reservation. Another reservation already scheduled for the day you request or playground closure could cause us to deny the requested date. Dustin's Adventureland reserves the right to decline any rental request for any reason.
