Annual Kit of the Month Subscribers enjoy a number of extra benefits, including automatic shipment of each month’s kit, pay $12.00 per for each kit ordered from my online store, Free Seasonal Expressions Catalogs, and more. Once you’ve signed up for a subscription, you will be invoiced on the 15th of each month, and your kit will be delivered to you automatically after payment is received. There are multiple subscription commitments to choose from. All subscriptions begin with the following month’s shipment.

Payment Information
If you choose the six-month or twelve-month subscription, you will receive your first invoice on the 15th of following month. You will invoiced monthly on the 15th of each month for the remaining term of your subscription. You will be responsible to fulfill your subscription obligations. Please see the subscription terms.

Carrie's CTMH Creations on the 15th of each month based on the subscription terms. You understand that you are responsible for notifying Miss. Carrie's CTMH Creations if your address or credit card information changes. You understand that if you choose to cancel your subscription that you will be billed a cancellation fee.
