Spring 2023 - Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2023 Spring Market Series produced by Quirk Social Ltd. These markets will be held at the Frank Wills Memorial Hall (405 1 St E, Cochrane). Space is limited and we anticipate these dates all selling out, so be sure to act fast! 

We have found that people come out more on holiday weekends. We incorporate fun activities (ie egg hunt), giveaways and prizes into each market date to attract attendees.

Tables & Chairs Rentals
$15 - table
$20 - table + two chairs

Things To Note
- Spaces are approximately 7x7, however, please note that we will be maximizing the main floor space this year and vendors will single table displays will likely be placed in the middle row area.
- Set up will begin at 9am on each market day.
- Vendors are expected to be self sufficient - including providing their own table, tablecloths and chairs unless rental requested below.
- Power is available, but limited. Please ensure you note below if you'll require it.
- There is an upstairs space where we occasionally need to place vendors. This area is separate from the main area, however; this does not defer people from visiting those vendors as well and our team ensures we tell every person who comes to go up there as well.

FOOD VENDORS - Must complete the AHS food vendor notification form + submit current food handling permit ahead of market dates.

At the discretion of Quirk Social, only one vendor of a specific product will be accepted per event to avoid direct competition. Note: This does not mean that another vendor may sell a similar product, but if deemed that there is enough differences or options available they may be permitted. The final decision is up to Quirk Social.
Direct sales vendors are welcome; however, they will be limited at each event and local makers will take priority.

IMPORTANT - You are asked to have your table set and ready to go no later than 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open. It looks best and most professional for all us to be ready to open at the same time.

Marketing
The event will be well marketed through the Cochrane & Calgary areas which will include: targeted social media ads on Facebook and Instagram with vendor tags, listed on all community event / tourism websites (including @casual_cochrane & @visitcochrane), posted regularly in local Facebook groups, digital signage and posters around town. 

Payment
Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice being issued, otherwise you risk losing your spot.

Cancellation
Vendor fees for these markets are non-refundable.
