Halloween at MFECOE
This form serves as your official RSVP to participate in the Halloween festivities! You will be asked if you are interested in signing up to participate in any of the following options: 
- RSVP for yourself and/or children to participate in festivities
- Enter a dish in the Chili Cookoff
- Enter a dish in the bakeoff
- Participate in handing out candy to trick or treaters
- Any or all of the above!

THE ITINERARY: 
Date: Friday, October 24, 2025
Location: Aderhold Hall
- Dean Spangler is allowing those who want to bring children to leave work early enough ahead of the event to bring them to the event. 

- 3:00-3:30pm - People entering chili or a dessert in the competition should deliver their items to Aderhold room 116. 

- 3:30-4:00pm drop in: Chili Cookoff and Dessert Bakeoff in room 116. Eat and have Halloween fun in room 119.
 We will do this portion of the event "drop in" style and collect votes as you eat. Kids can participate in the voting this year! Winners will be announced the following week on COEFYI. There will be fun decorations, music, and coloring/crafts to keep the kids entertained for this portion of the event.

- 4:00-5:00pm: Kids trick or treating in the halls of Aderhold! 
 Office decor and costumes are strongly encouraged. Participating individuals will escort the children they bring through the halls of Aderhold using a provided map of participating offices. Child must remain accompanied at all times.

ALL ARE WELCOME: This event is open to ALL MFECOE Faculty, Staff, Graduate Assistants, and FMD. Please help us spread the word by sharing this sign up link on necessary listservs.
