Housekeeping: helping create a clean environment that our clients can feel comfortable stepping into. Taking inventory of items we are low on, such as, office supplies, resource items, medical supplies, and other day to day supplies. Dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, restocking, etc.

Donations: Quality checking incoming donations, sanitizing and organizing donations into the Resource Store, and packaging diapers.

Resource Store: Checking expirations on formula and baby food, making sure items in the resource store are in the right spot, and ensuring the baby clothes are in order by size.

Fundraising/Community Events: attending events to help with setup. takedown, and/or other shifts throughout the event. Helping with thank you cards, gift baskets, distributing flyers, labeling, etc.

Office Work: answering phones, taking messages and transferring calls to staff (as needed), filing, working alongside office assistant to complete general clerical duties.
