Heights Farm-to-Table Program 2017

We are looking for families interested in joining our Farm-to-Table program, which is meant to encourage healthy, delicious eating from locally grown food. Our events include touring local gardens, hosting on- and off-site events featuring local chefs preparing dishes using ingredients our students have grown, and working alongside our children in the school gardens.

No gardening experience is necessary, although a healthy appetite is a plus! There is a role for any type of involvement from planning events, working in the garden, or simply attending and eating tasty food at local restaurants. Past hosts include Snooze and L'Auberge restaurants, as well as Sur La Table cooking school. As we like to say at Farm-to-Table, "Lettuce Turnip the Beet!"
