SSD PAC Public Comments 2024-205
At each SSD PAC meeting up to 15 minutes of each meeting will be set aside to hear public comments. The following apply whether SSD PAC meetings are conducted electronically or in person:

All persons wishing to make comments at a public SSD PAC meeting must submit comments in writing using the SSD PAC Public Comment Google Form no later than noon on the day of the meeting.

Each comment must be accompanied by the sender’s name, address, email address, and agenda item you want to discuss.

The SSD PAC will read aloud all comments submitted during the public comments portion of the meeting. Each comment is limited to two minutes to address any item that is on the SSD PAC agenda.

No confidential or personnel-related topics are allowed.

Comments will be read in the order that they were received.
