Your child has had artwork selected for our Art Gallery for Arts Alive 2023. This is a tremendous achievement and an opportunity to have their work seen by a large audience through this event.
This form gives permission for your child regarding three parts of Arts Alive:
1. Students can have their artwork on display for this event. It allows for the work to be assembled as part of an art gallery and displayed, with their name, grade, and school both in the gallery and on social media platforms.
2. Students can take part, if they wish, in our HEART of the ART immersive gallery, where your child came come and be present in our gallery, show people their artwork, and be recognized for their artistic achievement. Details are on the website. Families are welcome as well - no charge - and hors d'oeurves will be served.
3. We ask school and district administrators to identify pieces that speak to them. If selected, your child's artwork can hang in one of our buildings for the 2023-24 school year.
By filling out and submitting this form, you grant permission for your child to have their art included as part of all aspects of our Art Gallery for Arts Alive 2023 and understand that pictures of their artwork may show up in our social media networks.
