The Alliance Française Suriname, in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Suriname, the Canadian High-Commission in Georgetown Guyana, and the Wine Shop, together with Bistro LeQuatorze invite you to six French movies in the weekend of Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September 2025. These movies have been carefully chosen to appeal to a wide audience, and various ages. And all have English ‘up-titles.’

Lolo, the son sabotages his mother’s romance with wicked schemes, while dad’s bedtime tales, in The Lost Prince, clash with his daughter’s imagination. Monsieur Lhazar, a new teacher helps children heal after tragedy, and the Rose Maker risks all on one final creation. And … what about a single mother who is Full Time battling the nonstop chaos of work and life? Finally, rival teens, in Being 17, discover friendship, identity, and unexpected love.
