Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our usual semi-private group sessions (4-8 clients per session) are being temporarily suspended at the gym. Training sessions at the gym will be limited to 2 clients per session with appropriate social distancing.

We are only accepting serious athletes to join our team. After your information is received we will review your answers to determine if you are good fit for the team. If you are chosen, we will contact you within 3-5 days to set up a phone or email consultation.
