To meet Public Health Regulations a farmers' market must consist of 51% farmers, and the rest can be food or craft vendors. Our market reflects that composition.
We are a rain or shine market and we expect that you will be there rain or shine unless we give you notice that the market will not proceed due to severe weather conditions. If for some reason you can not make it you MUST notify the market manager (MM) in advance by text or phone. The number is 705-818-1251.
Reselling is not permitted except for farmers and must represent 30% or less of what is on their display. It must be marked as to origin of product for transparency. There is a spot for this on our application.
Health and Safety is taken very seriously and the MM has the right to ask you to conform or shut you down depending on the situation. Our Rules and Regulation/ Bylaws/ Constitution are on our website www.creemorefarmersmarket.ca and you are expected to read them and be in compliance.
