Welcome! Positive Images' free binder program is intended to help trans and/or nonbinary people in need of gender-affirming chest binders. We understand the barriers that many people face and want to help those in need have access to gender affirming garments.
Please only request a free binder if you are truly in need of one. Due to demand and limited stock, please understand that we might not have the exact size or style that you request. One binder per person.
Once you have submitted this form we will follow up with you via phone or email to set up a binder fitting appointment. During the appointment, we will take 4 measurements to determine your correct size. We ask that you not wear any bulky clothing or bind during the appointment. There are gender neutral single stall bathrooms at our center if you need to change before or after your appointment.

¡Bienvenido/a/e! El programa gratuito Binder (compresión de pecho) de Positive Images está pensado para ayudar a las personas trans o no binarias que necesitan afirmación de género. Un Binder es una prenda de ropa que ayuda a aplanar el pecho. Entendemos las barreras a las que se enfrentan muchas personas y queremos ayudar a aquellos que lo necesitan a tener acceso a prendas de afirmación de género.
Por favor, solicite una faja de pecho gratuita sólo si realmente la necesita. Debido a la demanda o a las existencias limitadas, es posible que no dispongamos de la talla o el modelo exactos que solicitas. Una carpeta por persona.
Una vez que haya enviado este formulario, nos pondremos en contacto con usted por teléfono o correo electrónico para concertar una cita. Durante la cita, le tomaremos 4 medidas para determinar su talla correcta. Le pedimos que no lleve ropa abultada ni se aplane durante la cita. Si necesita cambiarse antes o después de su cita, en nuestro centro hay baños individuales de género neutro.
