The owner, community manager on behalf of or by the property Owner(s) Association shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Property Service Group, Inc., and its employees together with its owners, predecessors, successors, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated or related entities, as well as its current and former members, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, associates, privies, assigns, agents, servants, employees, affiliates, administrators, insurers, insurers’ current and former agents, trustees, assigns, and/or anyone else claiming by or through it.and agents from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (to include but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) related to any alleged damage to real and personal property, alleged personal injury or which arises out of or relates in any manner to the work provided by Property Service Group, Inc., (to include but not be limited to any third party action, and any subrogation action filed by any insurance carrier of the Owner(s) or any third party).”
