Fall 2022 Literacy Assessment Clinic Registration
Dear Parents:

SUNY New Paltz School of Education Literacy Center is sponsoring a Literacy Assessment Clinic for students in grades 2 through 12. This clinic consists of two (2) sessions and is 100% remote.
A limited number of spots are available. Completion of this application does not ensure acceptance into the program. Participants will be notified by November 15th. 

Additional Details: 
-The sessions are held on Monday, December 5 and Monday, December 12 from 5:30 pm - 6:45pm 
-Students must attend BOTH sessions for the complete assessment 
-This is a free, no-fee, complimentary literacy assessment event
-Assessments will be administered by our Literacy Education graduate candidates
