PayPal Preregistration: Complete all details on the following preregistration form and click the submit button. If you are preregistering for multiple people, please cross reference them to a single billing email address on the form.
The event's gate staff will process and submit an online PayPal invoice to you for your preregistration total within 7 days. Your PayPal invoice will only work for 7 days from the date of issue; please pay it as soon as possible. You may make a combined payment for multiple people.
Costs: $20 - Adult site ($5 member discount subtracted as applicable)$0 - Youth / Child site$8 - Lunch (all ages) - Optional, limited to 150
Lunch - a three course period lunch, with each course sourced from a different cuisine, as researched by individuals within the Madrone Culinary Guild. (Menu specifics forthcoming)
General Preregistration Information: IMPORTANT: Allergies and Dietary Restrictions must be included with your reservation. We can often accommodate you, with adequate advance notice. We cannot make accommodations after reservations close.

Adults accompanying minor(s) (under 18) attending without their parents MUST bring paperwork as per Kingdom/SCA policy. The parents of the minor(s) must have this paperwork completed PRIOR to the event.

Refund Policy: per branch financial policy, any requests for refund must be made within 7 days after the event, in writing, to Madrone.Exchequer@antir.org. No refunds will be made for partial attendance. Paypal fees will be subtracted from the refund amount.
