Social media support request form
Have a free knowledge initiative you want to highlight? Want to raise awareness about the movement? Got big news to share? If you're a Wikimedia staff or community member who wants to promote something on social media our followers may be interested in, you are in the right place.

By submitting your idea below, we may be able to feature you on one or more of our social media channels. Ideally we will need at least two weeks of lead time for requests so we can partner on the best strategy and tactics, but we understand that social media requests sometimes need a quick turnaround and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Important notes:
In general, think: Would this post be relevant and compelling to Wikimedia’s global and public audiences? If what you are submitting captures our free knowledge goals and would be interesting to a wide audience, then it’s good for submission!

Sending a request is not a guarantee of promotion. However, we do our best to select requests that are relevant to our work and our audiences. We can also propose alternate ways to get the word out.

If that sounds good, please fill out the form below to pass along your information to our digital team.
