1. Space Rental. Delta Chicken Festival hereby grants to the renter a limited, and revocable, license to use the Delta Park. The license permits the renter to use the space only on the event date, during the hours specified below, and only for the purposes set forth in this agreement.
2. Event Date. The event shall be held on July 10 (5-11 P.M.), July 11 (5-10 P.M.), and July 12 (Noon-11P.M.) of 2025. Renter shall not have access to the space at any time other than during these hours without prior written permission from Delta Chicken Festival.
3. Fees. Renter shall pay to Delta Chicken Festival a total fee of:
Product Vendors: $125.00 for the three-day-use of the space. Rental of less than three days is also optional at a fee of $50.00 per day.
Main Course (meat) Food Vendors: $500.00 for the 3 day use of the space.
Non-Main Course (no meat) Food Vendors:$250.00 for the 3 day use of the space.
*** Rental fee is due PRIOR TO July 8, 2025. By agreeing to pay the rental fee, renters will have access to agreed upon space as well as electrical hook up during the event. If renter fails to pay the rental fee, Delta Chicken Festival has the right to revoke said license.

4. Cancellations. If renter cancels his/her reservation by July 1, 2025, Delta Chicken Festival shall refund the rental fee in full. If renter cancels his/her reservation after July 1, 2025, Delta Chicken Festival will be entitled to retain the entire rental fee.
5. Right of Entry. Delta Chicken Festival shall have the right to enter the space at all times for any reasonable purpose including, but not limited to: an emergency, threatened damage to Delta Chicken Festival property or injury to any person in or near the space.
6. Indemnification. Renter hereby indemnifies, and holds harmless, the Delta Chicken Festival, Delta Chicken Festival employees, officers, and directors from any damages, actions, suits, claims, or other costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of, or in connection with, damage to property or injury to any person (including death) caused by renter’s use of the space. This includes acts of omissions on the part of renter, its employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, and/or other agents. Renter shall notify Delta Chicken Festival of any damage or injury occurring in, to, or near the space which he/she has knowledge of regardless of the cause of such damage or injury.
