2026 Gala Volunteer RSVP

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Pregnancy Care Center Gala! Our Gala is one of the most important events of the year, and we're so grateful for those who are willing to serve.

Please use this form to sign up for the volunteer opportunities that work best for your schedule. A variety of roles are available, including event setup, welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and teardown. You can sign up for as many shifts as you would like. 

This form allows you to sign-up up to 6 total volunteers, fill out another form if more than that or call us). Volunteers aged 13-100 (if under 13 contact Nancy directly to get approval)

Help with setting up for the event: unloading truck (Wednesday afternoon), setting tables, washing dishes, or decorating tables. Dress comfortable.
At event volunteer: setting out desserts, welcoming guests, serving water/coffee, serving dinner, dishes, making coffee, or other simple tasks. Dress code: black/blue pants/skirt (no jeans), white/black nice shirt (no t-shirts), wear comfortable shoes. If you have long hair, please wear it up since you'll be around food. 

You can sign up for multiple. If you cannot stay for the full shift, but want help mostly please note that under notes. Biggest need is evening volunteers.
