Registration OPENS Monday, January 7th and CLOSES Friday, February 8th, 2019

Event Timing:
8:15 am Career Talks begin (Jeannie Miller Theatre)
9:00 am to 2:30 pm Career Expo (Gymnasiums)
*Approximately 1,800 students will be attending

Session 1: 9:00 am to 10:15 am - Glenwood Springs High School*
Session 2: 10:15 am to 11:30 am - Basalt & Roaring Fork High School
Session 3: 11:30 am to 12:45 pm - Aspen, Bridges & Yampah High Schools
(Lunch Break: 12:45 pm to 1:15 pm -- Please bring your lunch)
Session 4: 1:15 pm to 2:30 pm - Glenwood Springs High School*

(*Glenwood Springs High School has a large student body so we split
their grades into two sessions)


Participation is FREE but we ask that you provide:
• A Company Banner or Business Signage
• Minimum of 2 Company Representatives (3 or 4 better)
• Company informational hand-outs

Things to consider bringing:
• Healthy Snacks and/or Activities for Students (Optional, but effective to engage)
• Attractive and interactive booth display

We will provide stickers for you to wear if you offer Internships, Apprenticeships,
Career Shadowing, Summer Jobs or a Capstone Community Expert.

Please arrive promptly between 7:30 am & 8:00 am for your booth set up.
(6 Foot by 30-inch Table and Tablecloth will be provided)
