Family Matters@School Talk at Greenridge Secondary School on Saturday, 29 July 2017, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Synopsis:

Bullying is one of the main issues youths face as they grow and develop their own identity. Cyber bullying (bullying using digital media) has made it more prevalent and if not more vicious. What then are some common mediums of cyber bullying? Is it really such a serious issue and concern in Singapore?

Through this workshop, our speaker will share real life cyber bullying case studies and bring about awareness of the severity and impact of cyber bullying. Participants will be given tips on how to spot the bully and the bullied. They will also learn how they can help children and youths should they be involved in cyber bullying or know someone who is.

Light refreshments will be served.
