Acknowledgment of Risk & Release
By my signature hereunder, I enter Medicine Makers, The Moving Soul, Wild Voice, Land Listening Circle, Chrysalis, Embodied Dream, or any other events with Ariana Saraha & Rewilding Wonder and acknowledge that I fully comprehend the activities I will be involved in as a participant in these events. I understand there are obvious dangers inherent in the activities in these events, and I affirm I am in a proper physical and psychological condition to participate in these events. I understand and appreciate the dangers in participating in these events, and I voluntarily assume these risks.
Therefore, in consideration of Ariana’s sponsorship of these events, and based upon my representation that I am in proper physical and psychological health and condition to participate, I agree:
1. To assume all risk of injury to myself and all risk of damage to and loss of my property arising out of my participation in these events, and that I am aware of my physical and psychological limitations and will take care not to exceed them.
2. For myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns, to release and forever discharge Ariana Saraha and any of her collaborators, assistants, or team members involved in these events, as well as other participants in these events from any and all liability for any injury, physical or emotional, including death, and for property damage or losses which may be suffered by me, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in these events.
3. For myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless Ariana Saraha and any of her collaborators, assistants, or team members involved in these events, as well as other participants in these events, for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss, and damage arising out of my participation in these events.
4. On behalf of myself, and any/all of my family members, my heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, having voluntarily and knowingly participated in these events, I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Ariana Saraha, any of her collaborators, assistants, or team members involved in these events, as well as other participants in these events (released parties) in connection with any and all exposure, infection, and/or spread of Covid-19 related to me participating in these events.
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release and waiver of liability, and a contract between myself and Ariana Saraha, any of her collaborators, assistants, team members, and participants in these events, and I sign it knowingly and of my own free will.
