Chapter size                                             Placed allocated
Small (Membership of 25 – 55)    2 Participants
Medium (Membership of 56 – 90)    3 Participants
Large (Membership of 91+)            4 Participants

- Applicants can be Prospective member or member
- Applicants should less than 1 years of JC experience
- Application forms for all applicants within a Chapter should be submitted together
- Chapter Presidents shall assign applicants' priority numbers
- Applicants exceeding the quota allocated for each Chapter will be put on the waiting list
- Each Chapter can submit 1 waiting list application
- Subject to availability, waiting list applicants will be allocated places on a first-come-first-served basis
