Please use this form to request a table at Recovery Day at the Mariners on behalf of your organization.
There is limited tabling space available, so we will follow up with tabling applicants by email for next steps and more information when possible.
Have you considered becoming one of our Recovery Day 2025 event sponsors? Event sponsors receive our best visibility tabling locations and other promotional opportunities before, during, and after the event!
We will need to know who on your team will be tabling and what you plan to bring to our event. Please keep in mind that the following are prohibited: projectile items (balls, frisbees, etc.), stickers and balloons. Later this summer we will hold an orientation for all of our event volunteers and tablers, where Tristan, Heather and Mariners group event liaison Tom Baxter will provide all the info and logistics for Recovery Day.
Note: We ask each tabler to provide a snack item at the table - individually wrapped food item, bag of chips, granola bar, etc. Please let us know what you will bring, so we can coordinate and not have 20+ granola bar table giveaways.
