2. Hotline Manual: We have prepared a manual for your reference that covers the basic requirements to be a volunteer and the election guidelines that you will refer to in order to answer most questions you will receive on the hotline. 3. Ballot Curing Information: Many voters have already mailed in their ballots and are now finding out that they need to "cure" their ballot in order for their vote to be counted!
