Samitivej provides the option for parents to speak with a pediatrician via video call through Samitivej Virtual Hospital, to discuss issues of concern with our pediatric specialists from the safety and comfort of your own home without having to come to the hospital.

Service Fees and Medication Fees

The video call fee starts at THB 800 per 15 minutes, with a 20% discount on medications prescribed by the doctor during the consultation through December 31, 2023.

Medicine delivery service from February 1 – December 31, 2023:

Receive your medicine within 24 hours after payment. Delivery in Bangkok and Samut Prakan provinces by Grab, 100 baht/route.
Receive your medicine within 72 hours of payment. Delivery throughout Thailand (except for Bangkok and Samut Prakan provinces) by Thailand Post and SCG EXPRESS. No delivery charge, free!

Making an insurance claim for these services is dependent on your coverage. Please check your policy details or inquire with the company through which you wish to make a claim.
