I hereby give my consent for the participant named above to participate in the 2026 VAAPA Mathcounts Competition which will be held at Johnson Middle School on Saturday, April 25, 2026. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against VAAPA as well as any other persons connected with this VAAPA Mathcounts Competition, for any and all injuries which the participants named above may suffer while taking parts in this competition or as a result thereof.

PARTICIPANT NO-SHOW POLICY -  If you are confirmed for the event but cannot make it as planned, you are required to cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the event start time so we can give the open spot to the next student on the waiting list. If you fail to show up to the event without proper notification, you will be blocked from our future events. *
