2025 JCBL Player Registration
This form is used to register players into the Japanese Canadian Baseball League (JCBL).  

Every player must register and have read and acknowledged the following waivers before participating in any baseball-related activities:

1.  JAPANESE CANADIAN BASEBALL LEAGUE PLAYER’S WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
2.  Baseball Ontario Registration, Privacy Assurance and Consent
3.  Rowan's Law Consent

Some of the personal information will be submitted to:
1.  Baseball Ontario for registration and insurance purposes for the 2025 season.
2.  The City of Toronto for municipal permit registration purposes.
