Please adhere to the terms and agreements outlined below:
Payment: Upon approval, the Renter is required to remit half of the rental fee to secure the space. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the rental period commences. In the event that spaces are booked less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking. A refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the rental date. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit or debit cards only. Please note that a 3.05% merchant fee, plus $0.30, will be applied to all payments. Additionally, a credit or debit card must be on file for incidentals.
Rental Decorations: Renters are prohibited from hanging decorations from the ceiling, walls, mirrors, doors/frames, or fixtures. The use of nails, tacks, tape, adhesives, or hooks on ceilings, walls, doors/door frames, or mirrors is strictly prohibited. Likewise, pens, pencils, paintings, or paint are not permitted on these surfaces. Balloon garlands may not be hung on ceilings, walls, or mirrors. Furthermore, the use of waterslides/pools, oversized inflatable houses, foam machines, and smoke/fog machines inside the dance center is strictly prohibited. Renters must ensure that decoration terms are communicated clearly with any hired decorators.
Cleaning: Renters are responsible for ensuring that the space(s) are cleaned and returned to their original state after use. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of $150 per space.
Terms of Use: The Renter agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were found upon arrival. The Renter assumes full responsibility for any legal infractions that occur during the rental period. Firearms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on or inside the premises. Cooking stoves, grills, or hotplates are not permitted on or inside the premises. Smoking or tobacco chewing is strictly prohibited within the building. For events with 70 or more attendees, the Renter must rent the entire dance center, hire security for every 25 attendees, and secure event liability insurance.
For workshops or camps involving martial arts, or other extreme movements, the Renter must have either business or event liability insurance, which will be added to the total cost.
The Renter is responsible for both the deposit and full payment to Arabesque Dance Academy. Additionally, any damages incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the Renter.
