For over twenty-five years, West Genesee has employed Strategic Planning for Educational Improvement. This Plan is the driving force behind every District initiative.

As the Planning Team prepares for the Annual Update of the West Genesee Strategic Plan for Educational Improvement, it is once again time to consider the progress West Genesee has made toward the goals set by this plan. The Planning Team has continued a process to update our Strategic Plan, including our methods for communicating actions.
In order to achieve the vision the Planning Team articulated, our updated plan reflects goals and key elements within the following Strategic Actions:

West Genesee is actively engaged in continuous improvement in all these areas. You are being asked to respond to groupings of the Strategic Actions on the following pages. Please use your familiarity with any or all of the key elements associated with these Strategic Actions to prompt your response to the two questions listed below:
