Hardware Devices will primarily focus on building a pipeline of technology equipment, such as computers, devices, etc., for ready access to low-income consumers. Digital Literacy/Skills will primarily focus on developing a comprehensive inventory of digital literacy and digital skills programs, coordinating providers, and identifying training gaps for future investment.
