PVRA Facility Rental Form
Thanks for your interest in renting PVRA's Sport Court or Grass facility.  Reservation requests must be submitted ten days in advance for rentals during normal operating hours and fourteen days in advance for after-hours rentals.   This will allow proper time for PVRA Board review and lifeguard staffing.

Please complete all information below.

Payment is required as follows:

1. Check, made payable to PVRA or cash for the sum of $50.00, should be submitted at the time the reservation has been made to secure the date and time of your party.  This check will be treated as a deposit and will be subtracted from you total bill at the end of your party or event if it is determined that you appropriately cleaned-up after your party.   There may be other reservations adjacent to your reservation, so reservation times should include set-up and break-down/clean-up.

2.  The remaining portion of your bill should be paid to a PVRA Board member in the form of a check or cash at the end of your party.

It is REQUIRED that a guest list be provided to the front desk, no later then the day of your party and should include member status. Guest Passes are required for non-member pool party attendees. Guest Passes may be purchased online at www.pvrec.org or prepaid with reservation.

After submitting this form, a Board member, will contact you regarding your party.  If you have not been contacted within three days, or should you have any questions please feel free to email us at info@pvrec.org.
