Child Development Lab Preschool Application
Thank you for your interest in our program! This form is to request a spot for child care at the San José State University Child Development Lab Preschool. 
 
We believe that children learn best through play! When children are engaged in hands-on, developmentally appropriate play experiences the learning is limitless. We follow the SJSU academic calendar and are in session during the fall and spring semesters. Occasionally we will hold a summer session.

There are two age groups in our program: 

Toddler Lab
  • This class is for children 2-3 years of age.
  • Children must be 2 years old by August 25.
Multi-Age Lab
  • This class is for children 3-5 years of age.
  • Children must be 3 years old by August 25.
  • Children must also be toilet trained and wearing underwear.

Note: The Director will confirm we have received the application entry via email.  Then applications are added to our waiting list.
