Please record the below measurements on a weekly basis so we can track your progress. It is easier to do this with some help to maintain the accuracy every time you measure. Don't stress if this is not possible though. This goes without saying but I thought it best to mention- please use a flexible tailor-style tape measure and NOT a metal one
