Thank you for your interest in attending OPACC's 2026 Annual General Meeting! The meeting will take place on
Saturday, June 20 from 11:30AM-1:30PM at Campfire Circle (
464 Bathurst Street, Toronto)
Meeting schedule:
- 10-11:30AM: Board Meeting (for OPACC current Board Members/staff only; closed to public)
- 11:30-12PM: AGM with Chair's Report, Financial Report, and Election of Officers (open to OPACC members)
- 12-12:30PM: Break for lunch (lunch will be provided!)
- 12:30-1:30PM: Guest speaker (open to public)
If attending in person, please register by
Friday, June 12 at 4PM ET so we have the numbers to order lunch.
If just attending virtually, you can register up to Friday, June 19 at 5PM ET to get the Zoom link(s)
No childcare will be provided and no Campfire Circle programs are running this day. Lunch will be provided. The nearest paid parking lot is located at the corner of Bathurst & College.
