NOTE: BE SURE TO HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN YOUR CHILD'S ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR ALL CAMPUS CLASS REQUESTS. THIS CAN BE DONE BY USING THE PARENT PORTAL IN EDACENT, OR BY ASKING YOUR ES. IF THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH FUNDS AT THE TIME OF ORDERING, THEN YOUR REQUEST WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE STUDENT FORFEITS HIS/HER SPOT IN THE CLASS. Instructions for ordering:
- Please be aware of the grades for each class as this is strictly enforced. If your student is not in the grade range they will not be allowed into the class.- DO NOT order before 12 pm on Wednesday, January 9th. Any orders placed before this time will be removed.- Be sure your child has enough funds to cover the desired classes. Inquire of your ES for updated account balance or look at the parent portal.- Find the title(s) of the class(es) you would like to sign up for. - Fill in the blank with student's first and last name.- ONLY 1 STUDENT PER FORM SUBMISSION. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE STUDENTS YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW FORM FOR EACH STUDENT.- You will be asked if you want to fill out the form again once you hit the submit button at the bottom.
