2020 YLC Wednesday at the Square Corporate Volunteer Interest Form
YLC is now gathering Corporate Volunteer interest for our spring 2020 concert season. Adopting a ticket or beer booth or signing up a team to conduct audience surveys is a fun way to build camaraderie with your colleagues, enjoy amazing music, and support YLC’s leadership development and community service programs. Please express your interest in adopting a Corporate Volunteer role through our form, below.

Adopt a Ticket Booth
Ticket booth volunteers are vitally important to the success of YLC Wednesday at the Square. Proceeds from food and beverage ticket sales allow YLC to host the concerts and conduct our volunteer-led community service projects. We kindly ask volunteers to be comfortable interacting with a multitude of music-lovers, and selling tickets using tablets and/or handling cash for ticket purchases. 10 volunteer positions are needed for each concert’s 3 ticket booths. Corporate Groups with 10 or more participants may “adopt” a ticket booth as a fun team-building activity.

Adopt a Beer Booth
Beer booth volunteers must be at least 21 years of age. Volunteers will check IDs, accept tickets, and pour and serve a variety of Abita Beer. Beer Booth volunteers receive a short training before the shift begins to ensure laws, best practices, and safety measures are followed. 10 volunteer positions are needed for each concert’s 3 beer booths. Corporate Groups with 10 or more participants may “adopt” a ticket booth as a fun team-building activity.

Survey Team
YLC relies upon information collected through audience surveys to improve the concert experience and make strategic concert management and production decisions. Survey volunteers will use tablets to gather information and feedback from concert attendees. Shifts last an hour and a half, or until a volunteer has surveyed at least 20 people. Volunteers receive survey-taking instructions prior to their shift. If your team is comfortable using tablets and loves interacting with people, this role is the perfect match!
