The right to be forgotten (Right To Erasure)
To improve the speed in which we process your 'Right to be forgotten', we have created this form. Please, complete any fields necessary to complete your request.
Rights to erasure
Article 17 of the GDPR states that data subjects have the right to have their personal data removed from the systems of controllers and processors under a number of circumstances, such as by removing their consent for its processing.

For your convenience we have provided highlights of the GDPR. For more information, visit: https://gdpr-info.eu/art-17-gdpr/

Your rights
You have the right to obtain erasure from the Total Tiles, without undue delay, if one of the following applies:

a) We no longer require the information
b) You withdraw all consent for Total Tiles to fulfill a service you previously agreed to such.
c) You exercise your right to object with Article 21 of the GDPR, including objecting to the use of personal data for marketing purposes
d) Total Tiles are processing your information without your prior consent
e) There is a legal requirement for your data to be erased
f) The information we hold is for a person who was below the age of information consent at the point we collected the information

Exceptions
Data might not have to be erased if any of the following apply:

a) Total Tiles require the information for legal compliance
b) For supporting legal claims

Some personal data sets are impossible (or infeasible) to edit to remove individual records, e.g. a server backup. Whilst these uneditable data sets are in-scope of the erasure Right, themselves they would be out-of-scope for erasure editing procedures due to their immutable nature.
