York RUFC will process your data in a membership system to provide you with the benefits offered by the category of membership requested. We will never share your details with third parties.

Your details will be kept securely by RUFC for the duration of your membership and 6 months afterwards in case of renewal. Furthermore, your details will be shared with York Sports Club and the RFU as part of York RUFCs membership of each body.

Playing membership includes a bar discount card, to obtain one you also need to complete the York Sports Club registration form - https://www.yorksportsclub.co.uk/member-card
