Instrument Rental Survey
We do ask for a $50 rental fee for each instrument to help with any unexpected repairs and wear and tear.   If you have questions about what your student may need, please e-mail dobbsj@waterlooschools.org.  We are happy to help you out!

Furthermore, I accept all individual responsibility for the care and maintenance of said instrument(s) or equipment.
