I warrant that my child is in good health and has no physical condition that would endanger his or her life while participating in the activity. I warrant that my child is a good swimmer and that he or she can swim at least 100 meter without aid.  Whilst reasonable precaution will be taken by Waga Mari Yacht Charters Pte Ltd  and/or its agent/s to ensure the safety of participants, I understand  that my child takes part in the Activity as a participant at his or her and/or his or her parents' own risk. I confirm and agree that Waga Mari Yacht Charters and/or its agent/s will not  be held liable by me for any personal injury or death arising from my child's participation in the Activity or for any loss of or  damage to his or her property arising from his or her participation in the Activity, except for such injury or death that is caused directly  by Waga Mari Yacht Charters Pte Ltd’ s or its agent's gross negligence. In consideration of Waga Mari Yacht Charters allowing me to participate in the Activity, I undertake that if, in the course of the Activity, my child deliberately or negligently causes any injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to any person or any damage to or loss of any  property of any person, I shall indemnify Waga Mari Yacht Charters Pte Ltd  if that suffering person makes claims or takes actions against Waga Mari Yacht Charters. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age; or that, if I am under 18 years old, my parent / legal guardian has signed.
