Законодавство ЄС та України визнає збереження довкілля суспільним інтересом і гарантує йому широкий правовий захист. Продовжуючи шлях країни-кандидатки до ЄС, Україна впроваджує екологічні та енергетичні реформи у прискореному темпі — навіть під час війни.

Ці процеси порушують низку дискусійних питань на перетині євроінтеграції, безпеки «тут і зараз» та протидії кліматичній кризі. Запрошуємо обговорити їх під час другої панелі нашої конференції.

EU and Ukrainian legislation recognize environmental protection as a matter of public interest and guarantee it broad legal safeguards. In this context, Ukraine — continuing its path as an EU candidate country — is implementing environmental and energy reforms at an accelerated pace, even during wartime.

These processes raise a number of pressing questions at the intersection of European integration, immediate security needs, and the fight against the climate crisis. We invite you to discuss them during the second panel of our conference.
