I, the undersigned, hereby release Almost Authors Jackson Hole Writers, its Board of Directors, staff and volunteers from any and all causes of action for personal injury and/or property damage resulting from my/my child’s participation in Almost Authors activities. *I do hereby authorize Jackson Hole Writers to publish names and/or any photographs taken of me/my child for use in printed publications, website, or other marketing venues. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and I/my child will not receive financial compensation for use of such photographs. I further release Jackson Hole Writers from any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation by me/my child. * COVID Assumption of Risk: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. JHWriters will follow current local health guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, JHWriters cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Participant and guardians hereby acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that Participant may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participation; and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Participant agrees to follow all Covid-19 related protocols put in place by Jackson Hole Writers or will to be allowed to take part in the activities. *
