Presenter Agreements
If this program is selected, I/we understand and agree that:

1. Presenters listed in this program proposal have agreed to participate in this presentation.

2. Presenters participating in the 2019 MCPA Conference need to pay full conference registration fees (including membership fees, if required).

3. Presenters are responsible for creating and duplicating any printed materials necessary for this presentation. The conference program committee encourages limited paper use as well as encourages presenters to collect program attendee e-mails to distribute any program materials (PowerPoint’s, handouts, etc.) post conference.

4. Presenters must adhere to a 50-minute presentation for their program.

5. Presenters may be assigned to present on either day of the conference (Thursday, October 31 or Friday, November 1).

6. If presenting a PowerPoint presentation it must be emailed to Ganderson2627@gmail.com before October 25, 2019 in order for the programs committee to have a backup in case of technical issues.
